Mungo National Park Camping Ground
Location: On the south-eastern shore of Bombah Broadwater.
Getting there: To get to these campgrounds, you can follow Lakes Road south from Bulahdelah, using the Bombah Point ferry. Alternatively, take Mungo Brush Road north of Hawks Nest
Facilities: toilets (non flush), picnic tables, electric/gas barbecues, rubbish bins
Water supply: Bore water is available (not suitable for drinking).
More details: This popular campground has a boat ramp and a variety of walking tracks, so you can discover the park from both land and water. It has open areas ideal for caravans, as well as secluded tent-based sites. There are walking tracks, including the Rainforest Loop and Tamboi walk.
Wood and solid fuel fires are not permitted. The park's main waste and recycling service is here.
